Frequently Asked Questions

  • We accept returns on unused, unopened Aevroa housings — The Rondel, The Tile, and The Vault — within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

    To initiate a return, contact us at hello@aevroa.com with your order number. We will respond within three business day with return instructions.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

  • Due to the nature of the adhesive formula, opened Refill Inserts cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened Insert packs in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@aevroa.com with a photo and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no charge.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of our receiving the return.
